আপনি নিম্নোক্ত ক্ষেত্রে রিপ্লেসমেন্টের অনুরোধ করতে পারেন:

• পণ্যটি যদি Dead on Arrival (DOA) হয় (অর্থাৎ প্যাকেট খোলার পর সচল না হওয়া)।
• ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্যটি ভাঙ্গা বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত অবস্থায় পাওয়া গেলে।
• যদি আপনাকে ভুল মডেল বা ভুল রঙের পণ্য পাঠানো হয় (ইনভয়েসের সাথে মিল না থাকলে)।

শর্তাবলী:

• সময়সীমা: ফিজিক্যাল ড্যামেজের ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য পাওয়ার ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে এবং টেকনিক্যাল সমস্যার ক্ষেত্রে ৩ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
• অবস্থা: পণ্যটি অবশ্যই এর মূল প্যাকেজিং, স্টিকার এবং সকল অ্যাক্সেসরিজসহ ফেরত দিতে হবে।
• নিম্নোক্ত ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন প্রযোজ্য নয়: * ভুল ভোল্টেজ, শর্ট সার্কিট বা ব্যবহারকারীর অসাবধানতায় ক্ষতি হলে।
  • ভুল ব্যাটারি বা ইনকম্প্যাটিবল অ্যাপ ব্যবহারের ফলে সমস্যা হলে।
  • সীল খোলার পর শুধুমাত্র ‘পছন্দ হয়নি’ এই কারণে রিটার্ন গ্রহণ করা হয় না।

রিফান্ড নীতিমালা:

• টেকনিক্যাল টিমের ইনস্পেকশনে ত্রুটি প্রমাণিত হলে এবং স্টকে রিপ্লেসমেন্ট না থাকলে রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে।
• ডেলিভারি চার্জ এবং ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) ফি অফেরতযোগ্য।
• বিকাশ, নগদ বা রকেট-এ করা পেমেন্ট সংশ্লিষ্ট অ্যাকাউন্টেই ফেরত পাঠানো হবে। এটি সম্পন্ন হতে সাধারণত ৭-১০ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগে।

At Lavish Gadget, we prioritize quality and ensure that every smart solution we deliver meets global standards. Since our products are imported and technical in nature, we follow a specific policy to protect your purchase against manufacturing defects.

You may request a replacement if:

• The product is Dead on Arrival (DOA) or has a clear manufacturing defect.
• The product received is physically damaged upon delivery.
• You received the wrong model or color (different from your invoice).

Conditions for Return or Replacement:

• Timeframe: You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product for physical damage, and within 3 days for internal technical defects.
• Condition: The item must be in its original, un-tampered packaging. All stickers, screen protectors, and accessories must be intact.
• Exclusions: We cannot accept returns for:
  • Damage caused by improper use, power surges, or water (unless the product is rated waterproof).
  • Issues arising from using incompatible batteries or apps.
  • “Change of mind” once the product seal is broken.

The Process:

2. Provide a video of the unboxing or a clear photo of the defect.
3. Once the item is returned to us, our technical team will inspect it within 48 hours.
4. If the claim is valid, we will send a replacement. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

Refund Policy – Lavish Gadget

If your return is approved and a replacement is not available, we will process your refund with total transparency.

• Inspection: Refunds are only initiated after our technical team confirms the manufacturing defect.
• Deductions: Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) convenience fees are non-refundable.
